Fastvo does not collect, store or share any personal data. Your fasts never leave your iPhone.

• Your fasts (start and end times, plan), water glasses and the optional weight entries are stored only on your iPhone. You can delete them in Settings at any time.
• Fastvo does not use Apple Health in this version and reads no sensors.
• Fastvo has no server and no account. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party code. It makes no network connections of its own.
• The data file is part of your normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer), which you and Apple control.
• Notifications and the Lock Screen timer (Live Activity) are created on your iPhone.
• Siri requests (“start a fast with Fastvo”) are handled on your iPhone; Fastvo sends nothing anywhere.
• CSV exports are created on your iPhone and go only where you choose to send them.
• Subscriptions and the one-time Lifetime purchase are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.

Fastvo is a timer, not a medical device, and does not give medical or diet advice. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor first; fasting may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have diabetes.
