Ruletto – Política de privacidad

Ruletto does not collect, transmit or store personal data on any server, and has no accounts. Your chips, results, statistics and settings stay only on your device.

• There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking SDKs. The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
• Everything works offline. The app does not need the internet, except for Apple's own purchase and subscription services when you choose to subscribe to Ruletto Pro.
• The result of every spin is drawn on your device with the operating system's secure random number generator. Results are not sent anywhere.
• Results are announced with the device's built-in speech voice, on the device. No audio is recorded; the app does not use the microphone or camera. Shaking the phone (optional, Table mode) uses the motion sensor only to detect the shake and nothing is stored.
• The chips are virtual and have no monetary value. There is no real money, no prize and no cash-out; chips cannot be bought. “Table mode” is a wheel and croupier tool: it takes no bets and keeps no record of chips or money. Ruletto is for adults aged 18 and over; the 18+ confirmation is stored only on your device.
• Your data file is part of the normal iPhone backup managed by you and Apple. You can erase it in Settings > Erase all data.
• Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
