Stepvo – Datenschutzerklärung

Stepvo does not collect, store or share any personal data. Your steps never leave your iPhone.

Stepvo reads your step count, distance and floors from the iPhone's motion sensor (Core Motion, “Motion & Fitness”). It does not use Apple Health in this version.
Daily totals, your goal, walks and the optional height and weight (used only for estimates) are stored only on your iPhone. You can delete your step history in Settings at any time.
Stepvo has no server and no account. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party code. It makes no network connections of its own.
The data file is part of your normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer), which you and Apple control.
The evening reminder is a local notification created on your iPhone.
Siri answers “how many steps did I take today” on your iPhone; Stepvo sends nothing anywhere.
CSV exports are created on your iPhone and go only where you choose to send them.
The yearly subscription and the one-time Lifetime purchase are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
